At AirMed Wellness, we value intentional care, exceptional service, and respect for both our clients’ time and our providers’ expertise. The following policies help ensure a smooth experience for every guest while maintaining the highest standard of care.
Appointment Policy
ACCOMODATING ALL CLIENTS
We kindly ask that clients arrive on time for their scheduled appointment.
Arriving late may shorten your treatment time in order to accommodate the next scheduled
client. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be
rescheduled to ensure our providers remain on schedule.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Ensuring availability
To ensure appointment availability for all clients and to respect our providers’ time, AirMed
Wellness maintains a 24-hour cancellation policy.
Appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time or result in a
no-show will incur the following fees, which will be automatically charged to the credit card
on file.
Injection & Medical Appointments
15 minutes – $50
30–59 minutes – $75
60+ minutes – $150
Skin Health Appointments
Skin Consultation – $30
Any Skin Health Service – $50
Clients who no-show or late cancel three (3) appointments will be required to prepay in full
for all future services at the time of booking.
Prepaid appointments are non-refundable if the cancellation policy is violated. If an
appointment is rescheduled prior to the 24-hour window, the prepaid amount will remain on
the client’s account as a credit toward future services at Airmed Wellness.
Our providers are often booked weeks in advance, and we maintain an active waitlist.
Last-minute cancellations prevent us from offering these appointments to other clients
seeking care.
We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to provide an
exceptional experience for every guest.
By scheduling an appointment with Airmed Wellness, you acknowledge and agree to this
policy.
Refund Policy
Non-refundable
All services rendered at Airmed Wellness are non-refundable.
Aesthetic outcomes can vary from person to person. While our providers are highly trained
and strive to achieve optimal results, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Additional
treatments may be required to achieve desired results and will be the responsibility of the
client.
Retail Products
Retail purchases are final sale.
Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificate purchases are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.
Children Policy
Ensuring relaxation and safety
While we adore children, we kindly ask that childcare arrangements be made prior to your appointment.
To maintain a calm, relaxing environment and ensure the safety of all guests, children are not permitted in treatment rooms or to accompany clients during services.
Pet Policy
Animals not permitted
Although we love animals, pets are not permitted inside our medical facility.
If you arrive with a pet that is not a registered service animal, you will be asked to remove the animal from the premises prior to receiving treatment.
This policy helps us maintain a safe, sanitary healthcare environment for all clients.
